Rescuers found the body of a second woman while clearing the rubble of the museum building in Kupiansk, which was hit by a Russian S-300 missile this morning.

Oleh Sinehubov, the head of the Kharkiv RMA, reported this on Telegram channel, Censor.NET informs.

"I express my sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of the victims of this Russian terrorist attack. I once again call on all residents of Kharkiv and residents of the region not to ignore the alarm signals," said the head of the region.
