Militants shelled the 34th battalion HQ. One of the shells hit an ammo warehouse leading to tremendous destruction.
This is announced by the Batkivshchyna Battalion of Rukh Oporu (Resistance Movement public initiative - ed.) on its Facebook page citing Kostiantyn Ilchenko, Censor.NET reports.
"The night before, Russian artillery was spraying the 34th battalion HQ, as they can not forgive us seizing Zaitseve village. Although there are no reasons for their concern here, as, according to the Minsk agreements, Zaitseve is Ukrainian. As a result of the shelling, one mine hit an ammo warehouse with a real hell following. We must be grateful to the battalion commander, who did not forsake the people arranging their moving to a shelter, which saved their lives. The ammo went off with a glow filling the sky and explosions rattling throughout the night. Our intelligence unit engaged in evacuation, allocation of personnel and rendering help until dawn," he said.
