No offshore scandal ever occurred, - Poroshenko
President Petro Poroshenko categorically denied any accusations of violating the Ukrainian legislation and inventing tax evasion schemes.
He announced it at today's news conference, Censor.NET reports."No offshore scandal has ever occurred. There was a professional investigation by a group of journalists that found some facts," Poroshenko said.
"Since the company had no bank accounts, no transfers were possible, - the president said. - The company was not used and could not be used for minimization [of tax burden - ed.] and was established with only one purpose: to transfer Poroshenko's assets to a blind trust in order to separate power from business which I previously promised."
"The information about opened bank accounts and money transfers is not true," the president noted.
