ПР: Слово "коррупция" нельзя применять к школам
Слово "коррупция" нельзя применять в отношении школ, поскольку там нет государственных служащих.
Такое мнение в эксклюзивном комментарии УНН высказал первый заместитель председателя Комитета Верховной Рады Украины по вопросам науки и образования. Народный депутат Украины от фракции ПР Максим Луцкий, комментируя поручение премьер-министра Украины Николая Азарова министру образования и науки, молодежи и спорта Дмитрию Табачнику свести к нулю коррупцию в школах.

М. Луцкий также убежден, что министр выполнит поручение премьера.
"Конечно, если премьер дал поручение, то министр не может его не выполнять и мы все стремимся, чтобы взяточничества не было", - сказал собеседник агентства.
Нардеп также выразил убеждение, что все школы Украины будут готовы к новому учебному году.

Education represents the essence of a public good, but the
above list pinpoints many problems of corruption that affect both the
quality and equity dimensions, which are not easily separated.
если же государственная то это уже требования взятки, а это коррупция
В ПР тупорылые бродяги из копанок, не могут отличить яйца от печени
а церковь сама не нравственна, чтоб еще кого-то учить

депутатов и оно как явление пропадет, можно оставить звание "
госслужащий " только президенту, он , как известно, взяток не берет
и брать в приципе не может, так как все у него есть, даже
унитаз золотой,
