Про традицію політичних переслідувань, шампанське у Кремлі і щурячу позицію

Мої відносини як прем’єр-міністра з п’ятим президентом Петром Порошенком надто складні. І далеко не з моєї вини.

Тому я буду не про Порошенка, а про верховенство права, справедливість і успішну Україну.

Неадекватні підозри, чи то вручені, чи то не вручені колишньому президенту України, суперечать всім трьом постулатам.

Указ про призначення якогось чиновника точно має більше законності, ніж указ про розпуск парламенту без належних підстав.

Виконавці політичних переслідувань проти Юлії Тимошенко також хотіли вислужитися. Добре відомо, чим це закінчилось.

Беззаперечні докази скоєння злочину тягнуть за собою пред’явлення звинувачення і доказування вини в суді прокуратурою, а також своєї невинуватості обвинуваченим. Звинувачення мають бути беззаперечними, однозначними, ґрунтовними і неспростовними! А не зліпленими на піску. В іншому разі, результатом стане підтвердження української традиції політичних переслідувань, жорстка реакція вільного світу, шампанське в Кремлі і, як завжди, щуряча позиція всіх організаторів з показуванням пальців на самий верх.

Це не шлях успішної України і влади, якщо вона демократична.

Being the Prime Minister, I had complicated relationship with then President Poroshenko. And it was far from being my fault, frankly speaking.

But what I am going to say is not about Petro Poroshenko, but about the rule of law, justice and success of Ukraine.

Served or not yet, inadequate charges to the former President of Ukraine contradict all of these three principles.

By definition, the Presidential decree to appoint an official in his competence is far more legitimate than the Presidential decree to dissolve the parliament without grounds. This should be clearly understood.

As it is worth remembering that in the past the perpetrators of political persecution against Yulia Tymoshenko also wanted to gain their benefits. We all known how the story ended up.

Any accusation requests the irrefutable evidences to be proved by the prosecutor's office. The evidences must be indisputable, clear and thorough! They cannot be taken out of blue.

If not, this would continue the wrong tradition of political persecution and result in the harsh reaction of the free world, on the one hand, and champagne in the Kremlin, on another.

Finally, all those who orchestrates this will behave like rats, pointing out their fingers up to the very top.

This is not the road to the success of Ukraine and the authorities, if they call themselves democratic.
