Armed Forces of Ukraine are advancing with heavy fighting in BerdIansk and Melitopol directions, - Maliar
The enemy is advancing in several directions - Avdiivka, Mariinka, Lyman.
Deputy Minister of Defense Hanna Maliar stated this on Telegram, Censor.NET reports.
"In the East, the enemy has also moved forward in the Svativ direction. Fierce battles are taking place there. The enemy is attacking Bilohorivka and Serebrianka. The situation is quite difficult," Maliar notes.
As Maliar writes, in the Bakhmut direction:
- on the southern flank we are moving forward, we have partial success
- in the north - fighting continues. The enemy transferred 2 airborne assault regiments there
As for the South, the Defense Forces are advancing with heavy fighting, but gradually in the Berdiansk and Melitopol directions.
"Our troops are facing intense enemy resistance, remote mining, and transfer of reserves, but persistently and unceasingly create conditions for the fastest possible forward movement," Maliar added.
