Russian Federation is ready to return to "grain agreement", but West must fulfill all obligations, - Putin

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has declared his readiness to return to the "grain agreement", but wants the West to fulfill all the demands of the Russian Federation.
As reported by Censor.NET with reference to RIA Novosti, this was reported in the Kremlin.
"In the negotiations with Erdogan, Putin outlined Russia's position regarding the grain agreement, confirmed his readiness to return to it as soon as the West fulfills all its obligations to Russia," the message reads.
It will be recalled that after Russia withdrew from the "grain agreement" on July 17, Ukraine offered to extend it without Russia's participation.
