Pechersk Court Announces the Verdict – Lutsenko is Guilty

NBN reports that the Pechersk district court of Kiev has confirmed the guilt of Lutsenko. "The court has found Yuriy Lutsenko guilty in committing the crimes and incarcerate him for the term of 2 years…", said the judge Anna Medushevskaya, announcing the verdict.

Moreover, the court has prohibited Lutsenko from holding a government office for the term of 3 years. Thus, absorbing of the more severe sentence, the final sentence in the ex-minister's case is 4 years of incarceration.
