Generals Refused to Officially Celebrate Police Day Because of Lutsenko’s Imprisonment

Spokesman for the People's Self-Defense Party Larisa Gar writes on her Facebook page that the generals explain their refusal to take part in the festivities because Lutsenko was convicted of celebrating the national holiday established by a Presidential Decree.
