Ukraine's State Debt Exceeded 500 Billion

According to the Ministry of Finance, the increase of debt in November was caused by issuing government bonds in 2012 in the amount of $ 1.25 billion at a rate of 7.8% with a term of 10 years.

Thus, as of November 30, Ukraine's state debt constituted UAH 406.1 billion (80.99% of the total public and publicly guaranteed debt). Public external debt constituted UAH 208.3 billion (41.53%). Domestic government debt constituted UAH 197.9 billion (39.46%).

Guaranteed debt amounted to 95.3 billion (19.01%), including guaranteed external debt - UAH 83.3 billion (16.62%), guaranteed domestic debt - UAH 12 billion (2.39%).

Гарантированный государством долг составлял 95,3 млрд (19,01%) в том числе: гарантированный внешний долг - 83,3 млрд грн (16,62%); гарантированный внутренний долг - 12 млрд грн (2,39%).
