Pukach Sentenced to Life Imprisonment

Former Head of Internal Affairs Surveillance Department Oleksii Pukach was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of journalist Georgiy Gongadze.

Interfax-Ukraine reports that according to the court, Pukach was convicted of the murder of the journalist.

The court's decision can be appealed in accordance with the appellate procedure.
