Terrorists are moving around Luhansk in a school bus.

Informator.lg.ua writes citing an eyewitness, Censor.NET reports.

A bus with "Children" sign full of armed militants was seen Tuesday afternoon near Luhansk alkaline batteries plant.

Furthermore, an unusually large cluster of armed separatists was noticed by Luhansk residents in the neighborhood of Proletariata Donbasa.

Local residents also report that the building of the Central Customs Administration on 34-a Oboronna street is also occupied by the militants.
