Ukrainian Paratroopers Destroyed Terrorists’ Grad System in Luhansk

Ukrainian troops managed to destroy Grad system used by the militants in Luhansk.

This was reported by ATO spokesman Vladyslav Selezniov, Ukrainska Pravda writes.

"The forces of the Airborne Division stationed in the territory of the Luhansk airport conducted an operation to destroy the militant groups in the vicinity of Luhansk," he said.

"As a result of a successful operation, a multiple rocket launcher BM-21 Grad was destroyed. The Ukrainian paratroopers are continuing the operation," the statement said.

Selezniov added that such actions were possible because the activities of the Ukrainian troops in Seversk distracted the enemy's main forces from the Luhansk airport.

"After conducting effective operations around and in Siversk town, the ATO forces continue devastating attacks on militants' positions," added Selezniov.
