Three Civilians Killed and 7 Injured Yesterday in Luhansk

On July 30, the situation in Luhansk remained tense. As a result of constant shelling of the city three civilians were killed, 7 residents of the city were injured.

This was reported by the press service of the Luhansk city council, Censor.NET informs.
