Ukrainian Troops Preparing an Offensive Against Donetsk, Luhansk and Horlivka

This was announced by the speaker of the National Security Council Andrii Lysenko, Censor.NET reports with reference to UNIAN.

"As a result of a successful operation in the area of Horlivka, the Ukrainian armed forces entrenched on the positions, cutting off terrorists from the main forces of the DPR organization," he said.

"The ATO forces are preparing for an offensive in the areas of Donetsk, Luhansk, Horlivka, Pervomaisk and Ilovaisk," Lysenko added.
