Terrorist Bolotov Decided to Resign - Source

The head of the terrorist organization Luhansk People's Republic Valerii Bolotov resigned.

A source in Luhansk City Council said it to Vesti, Censor.NET reports.

"The Minister of Defense" of the so-called LPR Igor Plotnitskii will take his seat according to the newspaper.

It was reported earlier that the adviser of the so-called DPR governor Pavel Gubarev, the DPR Foreign Minister Deputy Aleksander Prosyolkov was killed near Luhansk.

According to security officials, Prosyolkov was killed by the militants from the so-called "Army of the South-East" subordinate to head of the LPR Bolotov.
