Large Number of Russian Troops around Lutuhyne and near Shchastia - NSDC

A large concentration of Russian forces is detected around Lutuhyne and on the outskirts of the city of Shchastia on the north bank of the Siverskyi Donets.

Spokesman of the Information Analysis Centre of the National Security and Defense Council Andrii Lysenko said this on a briefing today, Censor.NET reports.

The National Security and Defense Council also noted that Ukrainian troops were ordered to withdrew from the village Heorhiivka located on the Luhansk - Krasnyi Luck - Snizhne road and from the Luhansk airport. Given the precision of the strikes, the Russia's army artillery is shelling these territories.
