Over 200 Ukrainian Servicemen Were Captured at Ilovaisk - NSDC

More than 200 Ukrainian servicemen were captured near Ilovaisk (the Donetsk region).

This was stated by speaker of the NSDC Andrii Lysenko on ICTV channel, Censor.NET reports.

Earlier in the National Security Council said that the operation to withdraw Ukrainian troops from the encirclement at Ilovaisk continues.

"The situation in the Ilovaisk remains extremely difficult. The operation for the withdrawal of the Ukrainian security forces from the entrapment continues. Details of this operation will not be disclosed until its completion. Upon completion of the operation the casualty figures among our troops will be released," Lysenko said.
