Kremlin Claims Putin and Poroshenko Did Not Agree on Ceasefire

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov stated that Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko did not agree on a ceasefire.

Peskov noted that Russia is not a party in the conflict, Censor.NET reports citing RIA Novosti.

He once again stated that the presidents discussed ways to resolve the conflict.

Earlier, Peskov said that points of view of Putin and Poroshenko on possible ways out of the crisis largely coincide.
