Losses From Conflict in Donbas Are Almost 12 Billion Hryvnia

The total cost of losses from the conflict in eastern Ukraine constitutes UAH 11.888 billion.

According to Censor.NET citing Interfax-Ukraine, this was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman.

"To date, we have a total of 11,325 facilities totaling 11.888 billion UAH. But I want to emphasize that this is a preliminary amount, as there are many places where we do not have access to evaluate the damage," he said, speaking before ambassadors and representatives of international financial institutions in Kyiv on Friday.

In particular, the Deputy Prime Minister noted that 4,500 houses, 4,700 power supply facilities, 217 education facilities, 132 industrial sites, 45 health care facilities.
