Ukrainian Troops Repulsed Militants’ Attempt to Break Through into Yasynuvata - NSDC

The Ukrainian forces rebuffed the militants’ attempt to break defense near Yasynuvata in the Donetsk region yesterday and flung the enemy back a few kilometers from the city.

The National Security and Defense Council Information Analysis Centre spokesman Andrii Lysenko said this at a traditional daily briefing on September 15, Censor.NET reports.

According to Lysenko, the militants were conducting this military operation under cover of artillery and Grads shelling.

The National Security and Defense Council also noted that the villages of Staromykhailivka on the western outskirt of Donetsk and Patriotychne are under temporary control of the terrorists.
