Only 20% of Ukrainian Servicemen Released From Captivity - Semenchenko
The Donbas battalion commander Semen Semenchenko states that only 20% of the captive soldiers of the Donbas battalion have been released during the ceasefire. The similar situation is about other detachments of the Armed Forces.
The Donbas battalion commander Semen Semenchenko wrote about it on his page on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
"The Minsk Agreement provides the exchange of prisoners at the "all for all" conditions. I was pushed aside from the negotiation "for the neutrality of the process" and not to "impede". The Security Service of Ukraine is charged to carry out the negotiations. Only 20% of the Donbas battalion soldiers have been released since then. The similar situation is observed regarding the other Armed Forces detachments. This is too long, especially on the background of the laws adopted concerning the Donbas. I am up to go into the question immediately upon my return, in spite of the "debarment and neutrality." Every day there equals a year ... "- he wrote.
