Supporters release Saakashvili from paddy wagon. VIDEO+PHOTOS

Georgia’s ex-President of, former Odesa region Governor, Rukh Novykh Syl party leader Mikheil Saakashvili was released from the police van by the crowd.

As reported by Censor.NET, the protesters pierced the tires of the paddy wagon which the law enforcers tried to take Saakashvili away in, shattered its windows and broke open its back door. Subsequently, the activists took the politician out of the van.

Eventually, Saakashvili addressed those who came to support him on the loudspeaker from the porch of the church on the crossing of Triokhsviatytelska and Kostiolna Streets.
