Among the categories of persons who may, without the consent be conscripted for community service, have also been expanded. The following people may now be called on:
- Unemployed persons;
- Workers, whose companies are operating under martial law and are not involved in the implementation of mobilization tasks (orders) and are not enrolled in the non-staff (non-military) units of civil defense - in order of transfer of such employees in the amount which will not lead to a complete halt in production; persons employed in the private agricultural sector;
- University, college and school students;
- Self-employed persons.
The Ministry also reminded that able-bodied persons, including persons who are not subject to conscription, which are not restricted by age and health to work are also called upon under the conditions of martial law.
