Terrorists Shell Town in Luhansk Region - Governor

Militants of the self-declared Luhansk People's Republic have started intensive shelling of Popasna town using Grad missile launchers at around 9.30 today. The local emergency ward is on fire. There are people killed and injured.

According to Moskal, the Grad shelling continued as of 9.55 on Tuesday.

"The governor, who had visited Troiitske village of the Popasna district to see the results of yesterday's attacks on the school and residential housing, cannot enter the district center because the bridge is completely destroyed," the press release says.
