Seven Ukrainian Soldiers Killed Yesterday by Russian Mercenaries
During the last 24 hours seven Ukrainian servicemen were killed in the ATO area.
This is reported by Censor.NET citing the press service of the National Security Council.
"Six soldiers were killed while conducting counter-terrorism actions as a result of land and trip-wire mine explosions," the statement says.
In this regard, the agency encourages people of the liberated territories, as well as areas under the control of terrorists to be vigilant: "Mines and hidden explosive devices set by the terrorists, as well as the exchange of fire between militant gangs pose the greatest threat to the people."
At that, the National Security and Defense Council noted that yesterday 18 Ukrainian soldiers were released from captivity.
"6 officers and 11 soldiers of the National Guard had been POWs for over a month in Donetsk and Snizhne," the report says.
