Ukrainian Troops Destroyed Terrorists’ Checkpoint in Donetsk Region

The ATO forces secured terrorists’ checkpoint in Novohryhorivka district of the Donetsk region.

The Operational Command North press center stated this, Censor.NET reports.

"The checkpoint of the illegal armed groups near the village of Novohryhorivka was destroyed in the course of search-and-clear raids," the statement says.

According to the press center, the militants 15 times shelled the positions of the Operational Command North near Triokhizbenka, Stanychno-Luhanske, Donetsk, Zolote-Frunzivka-Krymske, Zolote-Horoshe-Smile. The attacks were carried out using Grad MLRSes, mortars, AGS-17 automatic grenade launchers and small arms.

The security forces have also registered five drones' flights in the areas of the towns and villages of Starobelsk, Verkhnia Pokrovka, Chervonyi Zhovten. 1 soldier was injured.
