MP Berezkin has his driver’s license suspended over drunk driving

This is evidenced by the court ruling of Sept. 19, Censor.NET reports citing LB.UA.

According to the report drawn by the police officers, the lawmaker had signs of alcohol intoxication while driving Mercedes-Benz GL500 4Matic in Kropyvnytskyi on June 23. Besides, Berezkin refused to undergo alcohol test in front of two witnesses.

The police badge camera footage clearly shows that Berezkin was behind the wheel when his car was stopped. But later he closed the window and when it was rolled down again the lawmaker’s bodyguard appeared to be sitting at the driver’s seat while Berezkin was sitting next to him in the passenger one.
