Ukraine’s PM Hroisman says no new increase in gas price scheduled

As reported by Censor.NET citing Interfax-Ukraine, the head of the Ukrainian government said during the Freedom of Speech TV show aired by ICTV channel late on Monday.
"The issue of whether to hold another increase [in gas price] by 35 percent is not on the agenda and it will never be. This [increase in gas price] will never happen because it is unacceptable for the Ukrainian citizens. And I stand by the people in this regard," he said.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved the increase in the natural gas price for the population by 23.5 percent from Nov. 1.
