National Security and Defense Council speaker Andrii Lysenko stated at the briefing, Censor.NET reports.

"The movement of heavy military equipment and manpower from the territory of the Russian Federation to the territory temporarily controlled by the insurgents does not stop. The presence of the Russian troops is not even disguised anymore," he said.
