Manher claims SBU general Dotsenko arranged attack on Handziuk to discredit police

Head of Kherson Regional Council Vladyslav Manher accused of arranging Kateryna Handziuk murder claims that attack on Handziuk was arranged by the SBU general Dotsenko.

As reported by Censor.NET, he said this at a hearing at Kyiv Shevchekivskyi District Court.

"As far as I know, Kateryna Handziuk used to collaborate with the SBU General Danylo Dotsenko. I believe that Dotsenko organized attack on Gandziuk to discredit law enforcement agencies," he said.

Manher also mentioned he feared for his life.

"Investigators don’t need me alive. I go on record to say that I am not going to commit suicide. If anything happens to me, please consider it a murder."
