UOC (MP) priest Gedeon (Kharon) deported from Ukraine to US

Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Moscow Patriarchy (UOC-MP) bishop Gedeon (Kharon), who is a senior priest at the illegally built church in Kyiv’s upper city, has been deported from Ukraine to the U.S.

As reported by Censor.NET, Gedeon said this on social media.

"Archbishop is deported to the U.S.! He was led to a plane by armed guards like a criminal!" the message reads.

As reported earlier, Kharon was detained by border guards. They took away his Ukrainian travel passport. Kharon serves at the illegally built church in Kyiv’s upper city.
