KIIS survey reveals support ratings for Ukraine political parties

Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) survey conducted on Jan. 31 - Feb. 10 shows that if Ukraine parliamentary elections took place next Sunday, four parties would make it to the Verkhovna Rada.

Zelenskyi’s Sluha Narodu [Servant of the People] party leads with the highest support rating. 13.8 percent (24.6 percent of those who’s made a decision) of respondents would vote for it.

Zelenskyi is followed by Yuliia Tymoshenko’s Batkivshchyna is supported by 10.1 percent (18 percent).

Petro Poroshenko Solidarity Bloc has 7.9 percent (14.2 percent) of support.

5.8 percent (10.3 percent) would vote for Opposition Platform - For Life.

Other political forces do not overcome the five percent threshold to get into parliament. Radical Party by Oleh Liashko and Civic Position by Anatolii Hrytsenko both have only 3.5 percent of support.

However, the percentage of those who have not made their choice yet is very high, that is 32.4 percent. 6.7 percent of respondents would not have participated in the parliamentary elections at all, 2.6 percent would have destroyed the ballot, 2.3 percent refused to answer the question.

KIIS interviewed 2,007 people who live in 134 localities in all regions of Ukraine. The survey was not conducted in the occupied Crimea or in occupied areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The poll’s margin of error does not exceed 3.3 percent.
