Kyiv court canceled entry ban for Russian political consultant Shuvalov

Kyiv District Administrative Court ruled that the ban on entry to Ukraine to a citizen of the Russian Federation, political consultant Igor Shuvalov, was unlawful.

It is noted that the court declared illegal the ban on entry to Shuvalov and fully satisfied his claim to the State Migration Service of Ukraine.

The decision was made by judge Serhii Karakashian.

Russian political consultant Igor Shuvalov, who worked in Ukraine since 1998, was expelled from the country in May 2017. As MP Anton Herashchenko wrote then, it happened after the publication on the "Myrotvorets" of the correspondence that was expelled from "his subordinate provocateur Maria Stoliarova". He also said that Shuvalov was "actually managing the Inter information block. The political consultant himself called these measures absurd.
