Germany Heard Klimkin’s Request and Prepared Technical Assistance to Ukrainian Army
Export permits for German diesel engines for the needs of the Ukrainian army are being processed.
German government deputy speaker Christiane Wirtz stated at the press conference in Berlin on Friday, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.
"The necessary export permits are currently being checked," Wirtz said.
At the same time, she once again ruled out the possibility of German "military aid" to Ukraine. "The political and economic support to Ukraine is meant," Wirtz added.
Recall, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin asked Germany in the interview with German newspaper Bild to speed up the provision of diesel engines for vehicles that carry the Ukrainian military.
