Terrorists Attacked Donetsk Airport. Battle Continues Near New Terminal

The battle is going on near the new terminal of the Donetsk airpot.

"The heaviest fight is registered near the old and new terminals of the Donetsk airport. The militants went on the offensive under the Grad systems cover about 12 p.m. Later they used mortars and small arms. The battle is going on now near the new terminal," the statement says.

The terrorists attacked the Army positions along the front line 26 times over the last 24 hours.

"The militants also shelled the towns of Popasna, Avdiivka, Schastia, Mykolaivka and the villages of Triokizbenka, Prychepylivka, Artema, Makarove, Nikishyne, Sokolnyky, Hranitne, Vesele, Heivka, Chermalyk, added in the press-center.

"Ukrainian Army stroke back at the militants firing nests 27 times. The enemy losses are being specified," the ATO press-center says.
