President appoints new head of SBU department in Odesa region

President Volodymyr Zelenskyi has appointed Vitalii Kharchenko as head of the regional department of the Security Service of Ukraine in Odesa region.

The relevant decree, No.715/2019, has been posted on the president’s website.

"To appoint Vitalii Kharchenko as head of the Security Service of Ukraine in Odesa region," reads the document.
