Three Civilians Killed in Donetsk - City Hall

Censor.NET reports citing the Donetsk city hall.

According to the report, urban utility services communication and buildings were damaged by shells.

"Three civilians killed, ten injured. Because of the shelling high-voltage line was damaged in the Kirov district of Donetsk, leaving 15 transformer substations de-energized. We are trying to eliminate the consequences at the moment. As of 10:30 a.m. situation in Donetsk city remains tense," the report says.
