Terrorists Blow Up Another Railway Bridge in Donetsk Region

The terrorists continue to destroy the railway infrastructure of the Donbas.

On Dec. 6 beam spans and contact network of the railway bridge on Krasnoarmiisk - Hrodivka haul were damaged as a result of an explosion, Censor.NET reports citing the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia.

The railway workers dismantled the damaged section of the bridge and replaced it with a temporary structure, thus restoring the movement of trains.

According to preliminary data, the overhaul of the bridge will cost 3 million hryvnia.

Since May of this year due to sabotage and fighting a total of 30 railroad, highway, pedestrian bridges and overpasses of the Donetsk, Near-Dnipro and South Railway have been damaged. The estimated cost of reconstruction of destroyed railroad bridges and overpasses constitutes 218.8 million hryvnia.
