Cease-Fire Extended - NSDC

The cease-fire, introduced by the ATO at about 10:00 a.m. Tuesday is prolonged until the end of Wednesday.
NSDC Information Analysis Center speaker Andrii Lysenko announced, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
"Since the armistice has been supported and we see significant decrease of fire strikes, which are considered provocations, we continue the cease-fire and hope that the number of attacks will decrease sharply until reduced to zero," he said at the briefing on Wednesday.
"The 'day of silence' has at least shown us that the parties are giving each other a break. Moreover, the Ukrainian party has demonstrated exemplary performance of its obligations," the NSDC speaker said.
Lysenko previously stated that the progress was noted during Tuesday but the assaults continued nevertheless - the Ukrainian party has registered more than 10 inflammatory attacks.
