Ukroboronprom Signed Arms Deliveries Contract with American BarrettFirearms

The state company Ukrinmash, part of the State Concern Ukroboronprom, signed the contract with BarrettFirearms (USA) for the supply of weapons to the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Guard.

Censor.NET reports citing Ukroboronprom press service.

"The representatives of Ukrinmash - the leading special exporter company of the state concern Ukroboronprom, signed the contract with BarrettFirearms. Weapons will be supplied for the needs of the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Guard. The delivery terms are reduced to minimum so that the soldiers got everything they need as soon as possible," the statement reads.

The terms of the contract and the types of weapons are not specified. According to the report, BarrettFirearms is the American company producing firearms, optical devices and ammunition. The company makes a specialty of large-caliber sniper rifles.

Earlier, Ukrinmash has signed several contracts with the ATN Corporation (USA) for the supply of the military equipment for the needs of the SBU, the National Guard and the Department of Defense.
