Ukraine Will Not Restore Its Nuclear Arsenal – Poroshenko

Ukraine will not try to restore its nuclear arsenal.

President Petro Poroshenko said in an interview to Australian АВС channel, Censor.NET reports.

"No. This would be absolutely irresponsible. Believe me that the strongest security in the modern world in the 21st century supply, but not nuclear power. This is technology from the 20th century," the president said. He added that it is possible to defeat the aggressor "only when we are united and the whole world demonstrates exactly what we have now: solidarity with Ukraine".

Censor.NET reported earlier that Ukraine would join Iran and North Korea if it restored its nuclear arsenal.
