One soldier killed, 17 wounded during past day

One Ukrainian serviceman was killed and another 17 were injured in the anti-terrorist operation area over the past 24 hours.

This was stated at a briefing of the ATO spokesman Andrii Lysenko on Wednesday, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainska Pravda.

"Over the past day we lost one soldier and 17 were injured as a result of armed hostilities," Lysenko said.

According to him, the situation in the ATO area remains tense. The vicinity of the Donetsk airport continues to be the most tense.
