‘DPR’ and ‘LPR’ ringleaders request negotiations

Ringleaders of the so-called DPR and LPR Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitskii said they were ready to give the order to bring the offensive to halt and sit down at the negotiating table.

The joint statement of Zakharchenko and Plotnitskii reads: "We do not need bloodshed. We are ready to stop but only where we are now... We support peaceful negotiations. We demand that Kyiv sit down to negotiate," Censor.NET reports citing LB.
