No easing of Debaltseve situation. The enemy continues shooting - NSDC

The militants do not comply with the cease-fire in Debaltseve. The Ukrainian military remain in their positions.

This was announced by the ATO speaker Andrii Lysenko, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"There is no order to withdraw from Debaltseve. This city is under the control of the Ukrainian military; the ATO forces remain in their positions," he said Monday night.

Lysenko added that the situation in Debaltseve remains tense. "There is no easing of the situation. The enemy is shooting," he added.
