Two soldiers killed by trip-wire mine near Novotoshkivka

The accident occurred on Thursday, March 20, in Novotoshkivka village in the Popasna area (Luhansk region).

Censor.NET reports citing Hennadii Moskal, Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.

"Two APU soldiers tripped a mine while inspecting the coal mine area at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 20. As a result of the explosion, both died on the spot," Moskal writes.

He added that the victims came from the Volyn and Lviv regions and were 38 and 35 years correspondingly.
