Kernes must be convicted - Avakov

He said this on air of 1+1 TV channel, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.

"There are facts, and Kernes must be convicted. The sentence should be imposed quickly," he said.

According to him, there are ample proofs that Kernes was involved in kidnapping, beating and abusing of Euromaidan participants.

He added that there is a problem in this respect, because Kernes is a disabled person of the group II, but the sentence should be imposed nevertheless.
