Russians are probably waiting for weather to improve and preparing missile-carrying ships for attack, - OC "South"

Natalia Humeniuk, the head of the press center of the Security and Defense Forces of the OC "South", said that the Russian Federation is preparing missile-carrying ships for a new massive attack on Ukraine.

Thus, according to Humeniuk, the enemy's ship formation has decreased due to weather conditions.

"The ship grouping of the enemy has critically decreased and on certain days it was completely zero in the Black Sea at the exit.
Currently, there is only one observer-representative. Missile-carrying ships are at the base points. And such a long stay there may indicate preparation for a future exit. Most likely, they are waiting for the weather to improve," she said.
