AFU hit four enemy control points and ammunition depot, - General Staff

Units of the missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces hit four control points of the Russian army, two artillery concentration areas, an ammunition warehouse, and two other important objects during the day.

This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06:00 a.m. on January 27 regarding the Russian invasion.

"During the past day, the enemy carried out 44 airstrikes. 18 of them - using "Shahed-136" UAVs. All kamikaze drones were shot down.
He launched 70 missiles, 47 of which were destroyed. Also, he carried out 125 attacks from rocket salvo systems. Unfortunately, as a result of enemy strikes, civilians were killed and civilian objects were destroyed," the message reads.

The danger of air and missile strikes throughout the territory of Ukraine remains high, the General Staff added.

"During the past 24 hours, our aviation has carried out 8 strikes on enemy concentration areas, as well as a strike on the position of its anti-aircraft missile complex. In addition, 3 enemy reconnaissance UAVs were shot down. Units of the missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces of Ukraine hit 4 control points, an area of concentration of enemy manpower, 2 areas of concentration of artillery, an ammunition depot, and 2 other important enemy objects," the General Staff of the AFU concluded.
