AFU repelled 71 attacks by occupiers in five directions, - General Staff
Last day, the Defense Forces repelled 71 enemy attacks in the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Shakhtarsk directions.

The Russian Federation is concentrating its main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Shakhtar directions. Last day, our defenders repelled 71 enemy attacks in the indicated directions.
The enemy constantly conducts aerial reconnaissance to adjust fire.
Delivered 14 missiles and 19 air strikes. He carried out 57 attacks from rocket salvo systems. Peaceful people suffered.
The threat of further missile strikes is significant throughout the territory of Ukraine.
No signs of the formation of offensive groups of the occupiers were detected in the Volyn, Polissia, Siversk, and Slobozhansk directions. The enemy shelled the areas of settlements of Horodyshche, Chernihiv region; Popivka, Stukalivka, Pavlivka, and Hyrine in the Sumy region, as well as Starytsia, Varvarivka, Vovchansk, Vilcha, Ohirtseve, and Bolohivka in the Kharkiv region.
In the Kupyansk and Lymansk directions, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensives near Ploshanka, Nevske, Kreminna, Dibrova, Bilohorivka, Spirne, Rozdolivka, Fedorivka, Vasiukivka, as well as in the Serebriansk forestry area. Conducted artillery shelling near Novomlynsk, Dvorichne, Hrianykivka, Kupiansk, Kyslivka, Tabaiivka, Berestove in the Kharkiv region and Makiivka, Nevske, Dibrova, and Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy continues to attack the positions of our troops. Conducted unsuccessful offensives near the settlements of Orihovo-Vasylivka, Berkhivka, Yahidne, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, and Pivnichne of the Donetsk region. Areas of 22 settlements, in particular, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Berkhivka, Bakhmut, Ivanovske, Stupochky, Kurdiumivka, Ozarianivka, and New York of the Donetsk region, were shelled. The enemy launched a rocket attack on the civilian infrastructure of the city of Kostyantynivka.
In the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions, the enemy launched an offensive in the areas of Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Avdiivka, Severne, Vodiane, Mariinka, Novomykhailivka, and Vuhledar settlements - without success. In particular, Avdiivka, Orlivka, Vodiane, Netaylove, Hostre, Heorhiivka, Mariinka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, and Prechistivka of the Donetsk region were affected by the fire.
The enemy is defending in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. Artillery shelling of areas of settlements bordering the contact line continues. In particular, Vremivka and Novopil of the Donetsk region suffered from enemy fire; Olhivske, Malynivka, Huliaypole, Orihiv, and Bilohiria in Zaporizhzhia; Manhanets and Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region; Zmiivka, Kherson, Novoberyslav, Beryslav, Antonivka, and Kizomys in the Kherson region, as well as Matrosivka in the Mykolaiv region.
The Russian occupiers are increasing the defense of the temporarily occupied Crimea, in particular, they are building fortifications. 150 Russian conscripts arrived from the Chelyabinsk region to perform engineering work.
Due to fears of de-occupation of Ukrainian territories, the so-called city prosecutor of Horlivka, Donetsk region, has resigned and is preparing for evacuation to the territory of the Russian Federation.
Over the past day, the Air Force of the Defense Forces has struck 12 airstrikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the occupiers. Also, our defenders shot down three enemy unmanned aerial vehicles of different types: "Orlan-10", "Supercam S350" and "Lancet-3".
Units of rocket troops and artillery hit the control post, 2 areas of concentration of enemy manpower, a radar station, an electronic warfare station, as well as 2 more important enemy targets.
